The reports from RES Baseline Desktop Analyzer are analyzed through scalable Windows Azure services, and empower organizations with the necessary data to make critical decisions about their desktop transformation initiatives, like Application virtualization (App-V), Windows 7 migrations, Citrix XenApp rollouts and even VDI.

Introduced in RES Workspace Manager, the technology used in RES Baseline Desktop Analyzer has been extracted from the RES flagship product and developed into a standalone cloud-based, freely available RES Baseline Desktop Analyzer service. Lightweight and discreet, the Desktop Sampler can be easily deployed across desktops to collect critical information about user settings, data and applications with zero impact on the user. Data from Desktop Sampler can later be integrated into RES Workspace Manager to start designing user workspaces.
